This jungle hideaway has all the essentials: A/C, vaulted ceilings, a foam-topped queen bed, partial ocean/garden views, a workspace, kitchenette, and a tub to unwind. Enjoy seasonal fruit fresh.

We clean thoroughly using antibacterial products and best practices. Our sea cozy daybed and air mattress accommodate extra guests or kids.

SEE
The Hawaiian Jungle surrounds you. Take in the tree top views of birds, mongoose and wild chickens. The large windows of the living room overlooks the tropical gardens, island gazebo and BBQ area. From your bed, you can see the ocean, mountains and the bright sea of stars that light up the night sky.

TASTE
Complimentary tea and coffee are just two of many delights awaiting your palate. Stroll the near acre of land, enjoy our special Palapa and BBQ area with games, and pick ripe avocados, bananas, guavas, lychee and starfruit when in season.

HEAR
Just outside your door, the rhythm of the jungle is alive. Songbirds awaken you to each new day, hens cluck and coo, and a chorus of Caribbean coqui frogs sing you to sleep.

SMELL
The aromas of tropical fruits and flowers permeate the air. Tropical ginger and hibiscus flowers grow in the garden just outside your door. Sometimes, when the wind is just right, whiffs of roasting Kona coffee imbue the air.

FEEL You'll feel cool and comfortable in your air-conditioned nest. Enjoy the Velvety cushions on your Indonesian daybed, and the high quality ultra soft bedding of your memory foam bed.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to eat seasonal fruit from the trees and harvest veggies from the garden (not always available). Some of our delicious outdoor delights include avocados, starfruit, lychee, guava, papaya and bananas.

Other things to note
This unit is on the second story, accessed by a private exterior stairway.

NOTE: Please do NOT wander down neighboring driveways, roads or lots to honor the privacy of our friends and neighborhood.

*We recommend a vehicle with clearance to enjoy the treasures of the Big Island and to easily navigate the County swale at the top of the driver. Four wheel drive is NOT necessary.
