After 25 years in the world of bells, hallways, and classrooms as a teacher and school principal, I traded the schoolyard for the island life. Those decades in leadership taught me a lot about math and metrics—but even more about how people navigate big life transitions, high-stakes decisions, and the occasional broken heart.
My real education didn't come from a textbook. It was shaped while walking the Camino de Santiago three times and spending decades caring for my parents through long illnesses. I learned that we don't move on by forgetting; we level up by how we choose to carry our stories forward.
While you're here soaking in the views, I’m around to help you make your time count. Melding my background as a school leader, fitness coach, and Franklin Covey strategist, I offer private guest intensives in high-impact parent coaching, decision-making, relationship fitness, and physical resets. I'm also a student of meditation, a proud dad, a writer of parables, and fully ordained to officiate weddings on the island.

By day, I’m an attorney, mediator, and real estate entrepreneur who thrives on untangling complex legal puzzles and high-stakes asset divisions. I handle the heavy lifting so my clients can breathe easy—but out here on the Big Island, I trade the courtroom for the coast as much as possible!
I treat our rentals as my personal canvas, channeling my obsession with interior design to create the ultimate, vibrant island sanctuary for our guests. When I’m not managing properties or talking strategy, I am fully immersed in island life: scuba diving, chasing new adventures, and soaking up the rays at our favorite local beaches.
